Description

Lingarth, located at 9-11 Woodmuir Crescent in Newport-On-Tay, dates from around 1840. This two-storey building is constructed of ashlar stone with margins. The central bay is slightly set forward and features an arched window in the gable. The entrance has a fanlight doorpiece flanked by unusual pilasters that have console capitals. The roof is slated and has a piended design.
