Description

Broadhaugh, located at 44 and 46 West Road in Newport-On-Tay, is an Italian villa built in 1828. This single-storey building features a basement and a small tower topped with a broad-eaved pyramid roof. The exterior is asymmetrical and harled, with margins, and has a low-pitched roof that is slated. The villa is adorned with ashlar chimneys that have large moulded copes.
