Description

12 Academy Street is a house from the earlier to mid-19th century, featuring two storeys and an attic, with a wide three-bay façade and a central door. The building is constructed of rubble with painted margins. It has a two-leaf panelled door and two original piended dormers. The windows have two-pane glazing, with ground and first-floor windows facing Rose Place on the east gable. There are end stacks, a slate roof, and a stone ridge.
