Description

Rosebank is an earlier 19th century house located on Ankerville Street in Tain. This two-storey building with an attic is set over a raised basement and features three bays with a central door. The exterior is constructed of coursed rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The entrance includes a panelled two-leafed door, and the windows are fitted with two-pane sashes. There are two small modern box dormers and corniced end stacks, all topped with a slate roof. The property is complemented by a pair of low square stone gate piers and a low retaining wall adorned with simple cast-iron spearhead railings.
