Description
26 Bladnoch Village is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house, with the bays grouped towards the centre. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting squared rubble dressings, and the end elevation is painted. A door is located at the centre by the roadside, flanked by windows in the outer bays, with a former additional door between the central door and the window to the right, which is currently blocked. There are three first floor windows positioned close under the eaves. To the outer left, there is a single-storey, single-bay extension that is rendered and recessed. The house features four-pane sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slates and includes a skylight and modern rooflights, with coped skews and broad end stacks.
