Description

Early 19th century 2-storey 3-bay house with rear (E)

additions. Painted squared rubble with contrasting ashlar

margins. Original house: central west-facing door now a

window (main door now in N flank), 1st floor windows

with projecting cills, and possibly enlarged. Sash

windows with 12-pane glazing; corniced end stacks;

piended roof. Central rear square bay probably mid 19th

century; brick, with ashlar dressings; unusual panelled

pattern at eaves worked in brick, angles chamfered

beneath.

Modern addition in S re-entrant angle.
