Description

46 Gilmore Place is an early 19th century, two-storey, four-bay house. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and features a regularly fenestrated facade. The entrance includes a timber panelled door set within a painted corniced surround, located in the second bay from the left. The house has 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and stone skews. There is a corniced stack with circular cans on the right side and a vestigial stack without cans on the left.
