Description

Circa 1825. 2-storey, 3-bay rubble-built house with squared granite margins and rusticated granite quoins. Central doorway with fanlight, good panelled door. Single light windows with raised granite cills, all sash and case with 12-pane glazing. Good sandstone moulded cornice sandstone ridge and skews with slab skewputts. Fall corniced end stacks with octagonal cans, slate roofs. Rear elevation with central full-height bay with modern extension.

Interior: good panelled timberwork to doors and shutters. basket-arched pilastered recess to diningroom. 1st floor drawingroom with grape and vine leaf plaster cornice. Geometric stair with square timber balusters.
