Description

Early 19th century. Single storey with basement and attic, 3-bay rectangular plan symmetrical cottage. Painted render; painted margins to openings.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps to central entrance; modern timber door; letterbox fanlight; single windows flanking to all floors. Canted dormers to attic.

Plate glass and 4-pane timber sash and case windows; rooflight. Grey slate roof; stone skews; corniced gablehead stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND GATEPIERS: painted rubble boundary walls. Square plan gatepiers with recessed panels.
