Description

Earlier 19th century. Formerly pair of 2-bay cottages, now converted to single 3-bay cottage. Built on steeply sloping ground; single-storey and attic to street, 2-storey to rear. Squared rubble with raised margins formerly paired doorways, that to left now blocked, that to right with modern door. Single windows flank doors. Sash and case with plate glass, 4-pane glazing pattern to ground.

Tall coped end stacks with decorative fluted cans, end skews. Pair of canted piended dormers with bracketed eaves. Good graded slate roofs, sandstone ridge. Rear elevation with 2-storey projecting bay.

Steps down to basement door to left. Roll-moulded lintels and cills to left of property.
