Description
Mill Of Clinter is a late 18th century single-storey and attic cottage with three bays, constructed from coursed granite rubble.
The east elevation is symmetrical, featuring a boarded timber door in the center, flanked by a window on each side. There are two symmetrically placed 2-pane skylights in the attic. To the right, there is a corrugated-iron addition with a piend roof.
The north elevation is gabled and blank, with a flue that projects at the base of the ground floor. The west and south elevations were not visible in 1999.
The cottage has 4-pane casement windows, coped stone skews with simple skewputts, and a grey slate roof with a tiled ridge. The gablehead stacks are made of coped granite and feature circular cans. It also has cast-iron rainwater goods. The interior was not seen in 1999.
