Description
11-13 Arbuthnott Street is a two-storey, four-bay house built around 1800, which forms part of a regular terrace to the northwest. The building is constructed from roughly coursed and squared rubble, featuring raised margins at the first floor.
On the south elevation, there are four windows on each floor, although the bays do not align. The ground floor shows evidence of blocked and altered openings, and there are three small rooflights. The house has modern glazing throughout and is topped with grey slates. The chimneys are coped and harled, with thackstanes and cans, and the skews are finished in ashlar.
