Description
Late 19th century. Tall 2-storey and attic, 2-bay above ground, small tenement with stone-pedimented dormerheads and sited in irregular terrace partly comprising early structures of Stonehaven's late 18th century new town. Red sandstone ashlar with projecting cills and some stugged margins.
N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2 modern timber doors, each with plate glass fanlight, in bay to right at ground, window to left and regular fenestration to each floor above, those to attic breaking eaves into elaborately-scrolled pediments.
4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates and small cast-iron rooflight. Coped ashlar gablehead stacks with cans and ashlar-coped skews with flat skewputts.
