Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of irregular terrace. Squared and snecked whinstone with sandstone dressings. Long and short quoins and margins.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; bracketted cornice; panelled door; letterbox fanlight; window at 1st floor above. Bipartite windows at ground and single windows at 1st floor in bays to outer left and right.

Plate glass sash and case windows with 2-pane upper panels at ground; 4-pane sash and case windows at 1st floor. Grey slate roof; ashlar coped gables; corniced brick stacks.

OUTBUILDINGS: row of former stables and cartsheds backing lane to rear.
