Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house forming part of stepped irregular terrace. Squared and snecked whinstone with cream sandstone dressings. Long and short quions and dressings to single windows; stop-chamfered reveals. E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: advanced modern porch to outer left flanked to right by single window. Full-height canted window in bay to right. Single window to left at 1st floor. Variety of original glazing patterns in sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; corniced brick mutual stacks.

OUTBUILDINGS: row of former stables and cartsheds backing lane to rear.
