Description

Gladstone House is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of an irregular terrace. The building is constructed from squared and snecked rubble whinstone, featuring polished sandstone dressings. It has raised margins and long and short window surrounds.

On the entrance elevation, there is a central doorway with a panelled door and a letterbox fanlight. Single windows are located on either side of the doorway and in the outer bays, with additional single windows in the first and fourth bays on the first floor above.

The rear elevation is rendered and includes a two-storey flat-roofed addition on the outer left side. The house has 12-pane sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and a coped gablehead stack.
