Description
Greenlea is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of an irregular terrace. The building features bull-faced concrete blockwork with raised surrounds around the openings. On the entrance elevation, there are three widely spaced bays, with a central doorway that has a hardwood panelled door. There are single windows on both floors in the outer left and right bays, which are 4-pane sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slate and has a different pitch compared to the shared wall to the south, which also has a brick chimney stack. The house has undergone some alterations in the 20th century.
