Greenbank, The Crescent, Town Yetholm

Greenbank, located on The Crescent in Town Yetholm, is a mid-19th century, two-storey, four-bay house that was originally two separate houses. It is part of an irregular terrace and is constructed from whinstone with painted long and short sandstone dressings.

On the entrance elevation, there is a doorway in the second bay from the left, featuring a hardwood panelled door. Flanking the doorway are single windows on both floors. Above the doorway, there is a window that spans three evenly spaced bays on the first floor.

The first-floor windows are 12-pane sash and case style, while the ground floor features plate glass windows. The roof is covered with grey slate and has coped mutual stacks. There is also a rubble whinstone outbuilding with a corrugated iron roof on the property.
