Description
Late 18th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of irregular terrace. Dry-dashed Concrete cills.
E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; hardwood door; single window flanking to left and at 1st floor above. Bipartite windows with timber mullions at ground in outer bays; single windows at 1st floor above. 8-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; brick mutual stacks; concrete coping to N gable.
OUTBUILDINGS: byre of at least 2 builds, orientated E-W: 2-storey rectangular-plan; rubble whinstone; pitched slate roof; 5 openings at ground to N; timber shutters to 4 openings close under eaves to N; timber lintels to ground floor and loft openings to W gable wall.
Single storey byre, orientated N-S; rectangular-plan; rubble whinstone; pitched slate and corrugated-iron roof; timber lintels to openings.
