Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming end of irregular terrace on falling ground. Squared and snecked whinstone with cream sandstone dressings. Long and short dressings.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; panelled door; letterbox fanlight; window at 1st floor above. Bipartite windows at ground and single windows at 1st floor in bays to outer left and right.

N ELEVATION: gabled bay with windows off-set to left.

4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof with cat-slide to rear; corniced brick gablehead stack to N; corniced mutual stack to S; ashlar coped gables.

OUTBUILDING: single storey, pitched roof structure to rear.

BOUNDARY WALLS: coped rubble whinstone boundary walls to streets.
