Description

Early 19th century with later additions and alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay, square-plan house, attached to NE by later terrace. Rendered, lined and painted; harled and painted side elevation. Mutuled cornice and blocking course.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: bays grouped toward centre. Pilastered and corniced painted ashlar doorpiece, deep-set modern door to centre, semicircular plate glass fanlight and window at 1st floor above. Windows to each floor of flanking bays.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen fully, 1994. 2-storey harled extension seen; maps indicate further additions, which must be single storey.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Piended graded grey slate roof with truncated wallhead stack to left and stack to right. Lean-to slate roof to 2-storey extension to rear.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: much altered (see Notes).
