Description

Early 19th century with later addition to rear. 2-storey, 3-bay classical terraced house. Squared and snecked sandstone, droved ashlar dressings. Base course.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: panelled door at centre; radial fanlight above; evidence in masonry of former doorpiece/porch; blinded window at 1st floor, slightly off-line with door at ground. Windows to each floor of flanking bays.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994; projection to centre, (built by 1856).

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped and rendered mutual stack.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: rendered with coping.
