Description

Early 19th century with later addition. 2-storey, 2-bay house at end of terrace. Squared sandstone; droved ashlar dressings and later canted window; harled extension to rear.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: panelled door at bay to left; plate glass rectangular fanlight above. Full-height later canted window to bay to right; stop-chamfered arrises; broad band course, cornice.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: modern 2-storey platformed extension to SW end.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Half-piended grey slate roof; squared render apex stack.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: rendered with coping.
