Description

Early 19th century, classical villa. 2 storeys and

basement, 3 bays. Painted ashlar, rusticated basement.

Greek Doric doorpiece, panelled door with fanlight. Sash

and case windows with lugged architraves splayed onto

string course at ground floor; cornices to ground floor

windows moulded cills to 1st. End stacks removed. Mutule

cornice. Parapet, raised at centre. Slate roof. Cast-iron

spear-head railings.
