Description

This building, located at 194 Renfrew Street in Glasgow, is an early 19th century classical villa. It features two storeys and a sunk basement, with a three-bay façade. The central entrance has a Doric doorpiece, which includes panelled double-leaf storm doors and ashlar steps. The windows are primarily sash and case, set within architraves, and have cornices with corbelled cills at the ground floor. The building has an eaves cornice and a blocking course, though the stacks have been removed. The roof is covered with slate.
