4 St Leonard's Bank, Perth

4 St Leonard's Bank in Perth is a classical villa built around 1830, featuring two stories and three symmetrical bays. The front is finished in painted ashlar, while the rear is made of painted rubble with raised, painted margins. A central Doric pilastered doorpiece includes a part-glazed entrance door and a fanlight above. There is a later single-storey extension on the south side and a lean-to porch on the west.

The villa has predominantly plate glass sash and case windows set in non-traditional metal frames. It has a piended roof covered with grey slates and corniced wallhead stacks.

Inside, as seen in 2009, there have been some alterations to the original room layout. The curved staircase features decorative metal balusters and a timber banister, with a stair window that has a coloured glass border. There are also some carved timber fire surrounds and decorative cornicing.

The property is surrounded by boundary walls made of coped rubble, with decorative iron gates at the rear and decorative iron gates and railings to the east.
