Description

Circa 1835. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical Classical villa (now divided into flats) with later 20th century single-storey extension to rear (St Leonard's Bank). Ashlar to principal elevation to E; rubble with raised contrasting smooth ashlar margins to other elevations. Band course, eaves course. Central Doric-columned doorpiece with timber entrance door with fanlight above and cast-iron balcony above.

Predominately replacement plate glass timber windows. Piended roof, grey slates.

BOUNDARY WALLS: to E, N and S. Coped rubble walls, lower to E.
