Description
9 St Leonard's Bank in Perth is a Classical villa built around 1835. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure that has been divided into flats. A single-storey extension was added to the rear in the 20th century. The main elevation to the east features ashlar stonework, while the other sides are constructed of rubble with raised smooth ashlar margins. The building includes a band course and an eaves course. The entrance is highlighted by a central doorpiece with Doric columns, a timber door, a fanlight above, and a cast-iron balcony.
Most of the windows are replacement plate glass timber windows. The roof is piended and covered with grey slates.
The property is surrounded by boundary walls made of coped rubble, which are lower on the east side.
