Description

The Magdalen Hotel, located at 5 Magdalen Place in Dundee, is a villa built around 1860. It is two stories high and features three bays, constructed from coursed rubble with ashlar margins. The entrance has a central pilastered and coved doorpiece, and there is a cill band on the first floor. The windows are sash and case style, although some have been replaced with modern two-pane designs. The building has gable wall-head stacks and a piended slate roof, along with low boundary walls surrounding the property.
