Description

Circa 1860 2-storey villa, ashlar fronted with quoins,

rubble built sides and rear.

S elevation 3-bay, ground floor centre consoled pedimented

bipartite between canted bays. 1st floor shallow segmental

headed windows with corbelled sills, outer bays bipartite.

Pilastered and corniced porch with round arched fanlit door.

Bracketted eaves to piended platformed roof, 2 corniced

ashlar end stacks to each gable. Sash and case windows,

2- and 4-pane glazing pattern.

Rubble-built boundary walls and ashlar gatepiers.
