bipartite between canted bays. 1st floor shallow segmental

headed windows with corbelled sills, outer bays bipartite.

Pilastered and corniced porch with round arched fanlit door.

Bracketted eaves to piended platformed roof, 2 corniced

ashlar end stacks to each gable. Sash and case windows,

2- and 4-pane glazing pattern. 2 Rockfield Street later

1-storey wing, 3-bay ashlar fronted, centre bipartite

altered to door. Rubble-built sides, bracketted eaves,

piended slate roof and ashlar stacks.

Rubble-built boundary walls and ashlar gatepiers.
