Pine-Mount, 2 Norwood Crescent, Dundee

Pine-Mount is a villa built around 1870, featuring two storeys and three bays. The front is made of ashlar stone, with long and short quoins, while the sides and rear are constructed from rubble. The building has encircling bracketed eaves.

On the south elevation, there are three-light canted windows at the ground floor in the outer bays, which have bracketed eaves. The first floor features bipartite windows, a cill course, and architraves. There are also two round-headed dormers.

At the east gable, there is a pilastered porch that is set back, and at the west gable, there is a canted bay. Each gable has a corniced wallhead chimney stack. The roof is piended and platformed, covered with slate.

Additionally, there is a summerhouse, which is a circular timber structure topped with a conical thatched roof, possibly designed by J M Robertson around 1890. The property is enclosed by a low boundary wall with square ashlar gatepiers.
