Description

2 Magdalen Place is a villa built around 1860. It is two stories tall and has three bays. The exterior is made of coursed rubble, which is now covered in cement render, with ashlar margins. The entrance features a square-piered Doric doorpiece. The windows are sash and case style. There are paired ashlar stacks at the wall heads, and the roof is piended and covered with slate. The property is enclosed by low boundary walls.
