David Neave 1817. 2-storey, 3-bay villa, stugged ashlar

with ashlar dressings. Advanced central pedimented bay

with ground floor Ionic columned round-arched doorpiece.

Flanking ground floor windows with cornices and

architraves. 1st floor windows in margins. Main cornice

and blocking course. Piended slate and platformed roof.

Paired central stacks.

Low rubble-built boundary walls.
