Description
Dalry, 5-7 Bridgened is a villa built around 1830. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure made of painted ashlar with contrasting stone dressing and flat end pilasters. The central door is recessed and features architraves and a cornice, flanked by fluted Doric columns that support a cornice and blocking course. The ground floor windows have architraves and entablatures.
The villa has 12-pane sash and case windows, an eaves course, a cornice, and a blocking course. There are end stacks and a shallow piended slate roof. The property is also marked by square plan gatepiers that have moulded panels and shallow pyramidal caps.
