Description
47, 49, and 51 New Street in Dalry are a pair of two-storey, three-bay buildings dated 1842. They are constructed of stugged ashlar with polished margins. Number 45 features a central doorpiece with pilasters, a cornice, and a blocking course, along with a date-stone above. All buildings have 12-pane sash windows. Numbers 47 and 49 have central doors flanked by shop windows in the outer bays, and there is a continuous cornice over the ground floor. Each building has three first-floor 12-pane sash windows, an eaves course, a cornice, and a blocking course. The roofs are covered with slate.
