Description

2 Townend Street in Dalry is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and features three bays. The exterior is finished in stugged ashlar, complemented by painted architraves. At the center, there is a pilastered doorpiece topped with a cornice and blocking course. The ground floor has four windows, with the two flanking the door being narrower, while the first floor has three windows. All windows are sash style and set within architraves, with those on the ground floor having lugged detailing. The building also has a cornice and blocking course, with end stacks and a slate roof. To the left, there is a single-storey addition that includes a door and a window.
