front with ashlar details.

S elevation: 2-storey, 3-bay chamfered window margins

and ground floor cornice, right bay advanced with canted

ground and 1st floor windows, castellated parapet with

ball finials. Steep gable with skewputts, mock

gun loop and shaped finial. Central porch in re-entrant

angle, shouldered entrance, altered glazing to W.

Parapet with open strapwork and shield.

Skewputted gables and gable end stacks, small ground

floor and 2 1st floor windows, 1 blocked at W.

Slate roofs. Sash and case windows with 10-pane

lying-pane glazing pattern, 2- and 4-pane in canted

window, altered glazing to porch.

Low rubble-built boundary walls.
