Mill and house, now house. Dated; raised lettering on a central door lintol:-"17 FJS 47". Coursed and squared rubble, some dressed quoins, double Roman tile roof, coped verges, end ashlar stacks with moulded caps, central rendered stack. Three storey garden frontage, 2:2 bays, 2 and 3-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows under stopped labels; except those to second floor directly under the eaves, that to centre blocked; one window with leaded lights and an iron quadrant; 12-pane flush mounted sash window to left bay on first floor, 4-light casement to ground floor; 12-pane flush mounted sash window to right bay on first floor, large 9-pane sash window to ground floor, wooden lintols. Door opening to second bay, bead moulded dressed stone surround, moulded slab hood on scrolled brackets; Cl9 half-glazed door. Interior with a broad open fireplace with chamfered stone jambs, broad wooden bressumer.
