House. Mid C18, altered. Painted roughcast with slate roof. 3 storeys and 2 window bays. The windows have narrow painted surrounds and projecting sills. The right-hand one on the ground floor is sashed without glazing bars, and the others are C20 casements. The left-hand window on the ground floor has been enlarged. The central doorway has a red sandstone surround and a stone hood on brackets. Chimneys to left and right. INTERIOR: the left-hand room on the ground floor is partly lined with raised and fielded panelling with a timber cornice. The oak dogleg stair, in the centre at the rear, has a closed string, turned balusters, and fluted newels. The doors to a cupboard below the stairs are of pine, with ogee-headed raised and fielded panels. The doors on the ground and first floors are each of 2 panels.
