Description
This building is a house that was formerly a farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century and altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a thatched roof and features brick stacks at the ends and ridge. The house is designed in an L shape, with two storeys and an attic, and has a three-window range. A 20th-century porch is located at the angle between the main block and a projecting wing to the right. The windows are two-light leaded casements on the ground and first floors, except for a one-light window above the porch, all featuring wooden lintels. The main range has stone-coped gables with kneelers. To the left, there is a single-storey 20th-century extension with a lean-to roof. Inside, the property includes an open fireplace with a cambered stop-chamfered bressumer and a stop-chamfered spine beam.
