Description

This is a late 18th century cottage, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of roughly-dressed limestone rubble with a thatched roof and a brick chimney stack at the ridge. The cottage has a two-room plan and a two-storey, single-window front. There are two-light casement windows on the ground floor, with wooden lintels above, and a smaller two-light casement window on the first floor to the right. A 20th century door is located on the left side. It is likely that this cottage is a surviving part of a former row of cottages.
