GV II

Single house, end of street row. C18, but C19 fenestration. Front wall slate hung, remainder rendered; slate roof to front and return slope, but asbestos- cement slate to wing. Compact small front block has long wing returning down side lane, with separate roof structure. Front is 2 storeys, 2 windows; 4-pane sashes above canted 15-pane shop front with flat roof to moulded edge over shallow fascia, and to left is C19 6-pane (3 + 3 vertical) door in pilasters under C19 glazed gabled hood on brackets. Large square stack at hipped return. Rich dentilled eaves mould. Wing is 2 storeys, with, at ground floor a door to gabled hood; 12-pane sash; door, 16-pane sash. At first floor and three C19 2-light casements with transome. Much original window glass.
