Description
Faith Boutique is a house and shop dating from the mid to late 19th century. It features a smooth rendered exterior and a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with three windows. The ground floor showcases a well-preserved 19th-century display front, which includes two canted bays with one, two, and one-light configurations, slender mullions with small capitals and bases, and arched heads over the lights. This is flanked by a central glazed door of the same period, complete with an overlight, all set beneath a fascia with a cornice that returns to decorative brackets on pilasters. To the left of the central door is a six-panel door with a plain overlight, and to the right is a similar door but with a stone cornice on consoles. On the first floor, there are three twelve-pane sash windows with segmental heads, moulded architraves, and cills supported on brackets. The eaves are boxed, and no chimney stack is visible. The building has a very complete and elegant frontage. At the back, there is a slate-hung gable featuring a multi-pane sash window.
