Description

The Cottage is a house that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed from cob and stone and features a thatched roof with external stone chimneys that have offsets. The layout consists of a three-room plan, with a heated room on the left and a rear lateral stack serving the central hall. The building has two storeys and includes 19th and 20th century two-light casement windows set in eyebrow dormers on the first floor. There is a 20th century door at the entrance. Inside, the Cottage is noted for its exposed beams.
