Description

This is a house dating to circa 1840 in Torquay. It has rendered walls and a gabled slate roof, with rendered end stacks. The building follows a double-depth plan and presents a symmetrical facade of three windows across two storeys. A porch with pilasters and a cornice is original to the design. Windows are 6/6-pane sashes. The interior was not inspected, but is noted to retain original features including doors, shutters, and the staircase.
