Description

This house dates from around 1850. It is a stuccoed building with a hipped slate roof, presenting a symmetrical facade of four windows. The windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, consistent throughout the building. The first-floor windows are each set within a delicate cast-iron balcony featuring a close-set arcaded and scrolled pattern. A central part-glazed door is flanked by single windows. A simple cornice tops the building, and end stacks are present.
