Description
This is a house dating to around 1850 in Minehead. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and brick stacks at the gable ends, based on a T-shaped plan. The front facade is symmetrical with three windows across two storeys. The design incorporates chamfered rusticated pilasters and moulded architraves. The main block features late 19th-century sash windows with two panes per sash, while the two-storey rear wing has six-pane-wide sashes. A 20th-century front door with overlight is set within a raised surround. The left-hand return side, which faces The Parks, has a two-window range, with ground floor windows in canted bays, topped with swept slate roofs. The interior has not been inspected.
