Description

Old Dyehouse is a house dating from the early 18th century. It features a rendered exterior over cob or rubblestone and has a slate roof with an external rendered stack on the left gable end, which is offset at the ridge and has a rubblestone shaft above. The building has a one-unit plan and is two storeys high with a single window range. There is a 19th-century three-light window at eaves level, positioned above a 19th-century ten-over-ten pane sash window, and to the right is a 19th-century six-panelled door. The interior has not been inspected.
