Description

Parklea is a house dating to circa 1840. It is constructed of stucco with a hipped slate roof. The building has a roughly L-shaped plan, with a three-bay front that slightly projects. A first-floor sill band, a top frieze, and a cornice run along the front. The ground floor windows are paired and round-headed. First-floor windows are set within architraves, featuring balconies supported by brackets, with 20th-century ironwork. The central entrance is round-headed, with a complete fanlight and a glazed doorcase containing the front door.
