Description
This is a house dating from circa 1840. It is constructed of stucco and has a hipped slate roof. The house is two storeys high and consists of four bays, with a recessed end bay. A sill band runs across the first floor, featuring projecting sills and a top cornice. Rusticated quoins are present. The windows have architraves, and are sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor windows have pulvinated friezes and consoled cornices, while first-floor windows have eared architraves. A Doric porch and architrave form the entrance to the second bay, now with a 20th-century door and doorcase. The left return has a recessed first bay, and a second bay with an inserted entrance.
